Change is a funny thing!

Change is a funny thing. We want it but we don’t often want to do what needs to be done to get the results of the change. “I want to be stronger, richer, happier, healthier, etc”. These are all things we easily say but we let our mind get in the way when we set out on the path to reach those desires. Bringing change means leaving your comfort zone. And that’s when our mind gets involved and makes excuses. In the frank words of Kristen Kalp “Your mind (inner voice) is an a$$hole.” Don’t let the a$$hole voice decide your future. I decided this year to get REALLY uncomfortable with myself and I am loving the results both physically, emotionally  and with my business!

Go on now, go get uncomfortable, tell the voice to zip it and live the life you REALLY want! That’s exactly what we did when we took the huge risk to move from NYC to Santa Cruz! Just look at that smiling Jax, playing under a lemon tree we planted when we moved here! Moving across the country was one of the best and scariest decisions of our lives and if we had stayed in our comfort zone we would have never experienced this happiness!
